WILLING TO BREAK
Crying "freely and openly" over my past has always been difficult for me. Today marked the beginning of tears. The more I am willing to break, the more the pain will flow out in tears. And the deep healing begins.
Ha, you should be able to hear me clap all across the USA. I am very proud of you. You have lost the job, have health problems, struggle with your Mother and you keep healing.... I truly salute you!
Bless her, Lord, with your healing touch..your cleansing...your creative release ...through her tears and her broken-ness. You make all things new and beautiful...in your time.
God bless you JBR May you feel his healing hand upon your shoulder. May His strength be your strong tower. Praying for you in your open-ness and broken-ness. Healing is possible, it truly is :) May it come to you like a feather...light and free. May you experience His restorative harmony ...as you offer your painfully stretched heart strings to His care. I'm certain that He is singing over you...rejoicing in your beginning tears. He longs to see you free!
HI JBR - yes, tears are healing - and necessary to the journey to wholeness and freedom. And so too is laughter, yes, laughter heals too and there is a place for both, remember that, k? Love Gail peace....
Oh girl. Praise God! Psalm 56:8, "You number and record my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle--are they not in Your book?" Those tears are captured by the Lord.
And we all know what happens when we sow in tears ... we will REAP JOY!
Psalm 126:5, "They who sow in tears shall reap in joy and singing."
Tears are such a gift to us, JBR. I just got back online and am catching up on your posts. Your post on grieving and your father's death was very insightful, my friend. I pray the Lord continues to heal you. Hugs!!
