EFFECT ON MY PRESENT


It took me a very long time to stop denying that what had happened to me in my past had an affect on my present. How much irrational fear confuses and infuses into irrational shame and guilt. Sometimes hard for me to decypher unless I have someone to point it out to me. Then I process.....

    I did not experience the suffering that you did, JBR, but I can relate to not recognizing the things that hold us back until someone else points it out. Our blind spots can be so deceiving! I'm proud of you. I know this has been a brutal journey, but you are moving forward, in spite of your fear and pain. And that my friend, is a giant victory. Blessings.
