"Yet a time is coming
and has now come when the true worshipers will worship
the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the
kind of worshipers the Father seeks." - John 4:23

I have not been feeling well these past few days and today I was extremely irritable. Prayers went up!

It took all I had in me to not “bark” at anyone who annoyed me at work. Totally amazing how the enemy tries to push your buttons in areas that you are struggling in. Through all of this, I am so glad there is a God that understands my nastyness at times.

  1. I've def. had those days. Usually it's when I get up way too early.

  2. Just remember when you find yourself growing short on patience, DON'T LET THE ENEMY STEAL YOUR JOY!
He likes to do that and everytime you snap, he wins and you lose. Tell yourself that each time and you'll find yourself just trying to be happy so as not to be angry with others.

You win out, and give all the Glory to God because you are using one of His fruits of the spirit to combat the enemy.

Praying at that moment also doesn't hurt, and definitely levels the playing field for you.

    Love and Hugs ~ Kat

  3. I can feel for you as there are also "not so nice" things at work. But it helps me to remember God's warning for us to be slow to anger. And I thank Him for that.

May you overcome this battle...by His strength.

  4. I've been that many times my self.Big Hug mt friend.

  5. Been there for a couple weeks myself friend. It's not easy especially when your already walking on thin slippery slopes.

I hope it passes for you soon. Hugs and friendship your way. Prayers going up. Tammy

  6. It happened to me sometimes, too. And yes, the hard part was trying to be nice while inside me was struggling to blow up. Prayers, praise and... I asked for space so to avoid hurtful tensions.
    God bless you, sister.

  7. I know this to well. I can become down right nasty sometimes. Watch out. Hope you find peace.

  8. I'm pretty sure God understands my "nastiness" at times. It's the people I think might not...

  9. Every one has bad days - we can't be perfect and always be nice. That's why God has his job, and we have ours!

    Hang in there.

  10. I hope you feel better today. (Love the picture you used)

  11. Hugs to you, guess we all have those days. I am this German shepard barking, not only he is German too ;-))
    Be kind to yourself.

  12. Hi,
I know how Those kind of days are. Hope your weekend is better.
