"Yet a time is coming
and has now come when the true worshipers will worship
the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the
kind of worshipers the Father seeks." - John 4:23

My Heavenly Daddy is healing
me from the inside out.

Transparency is Real.
Many times painful.

Daddy let me be secure in You only!

The following excerpt can apply to all kinds of abuses and traumas. Whether sexual, verbal, physical, emotional, spiritual, satanic, or feelings of abandonment, rejection, critical, judgmental etc. All are very damaging to our inner child.

“Healing from sexual abuse requires that we find compassion for the vulnerable child inside each of us who was hurt, betrayed, and abandoned. When we talk about “the child within,” we are talking about forming a loving, respectful relationship with the person you once were: as a baby, as a toddler, as a school child, as a teenager. Developing empathy for these inner children is an essential part of healing.

Many survivors struggle with the child within. Too often, women blame her, resent her, or ignore her completely. Survivors sometimes hate themselves for having been small, for having needed affection, for having “let themselves be abused.” (The Courage to Heal)

For those of you who may just be starting your journey, or are still on your path to healing, a few years ago I was where you are. The beginning! The painful beginning!

I would just like to encourage you, I could not see past my hurt child within back then. I really saw no way out. She was very damaged and depressed by the trauma she went through as a child. Carrying shame, guilt and condemnation most her life. Having no one to talk to about her feelings and pain. She locked her heart up. Scared, frighten and desperate. Big JBR would beat up on her unmercifully when she would do wrong and NOT live up to Big JBR's standards of "perfection." Shaming and criticizing her.

God has been setting me free. Showing Big JBR compassion in order for the little one to feel safe in an environment to heal from her past. The more my little girl opens up her heart to her Daddy above, the more His tender "love" heals her pain. Bringing both big and small JBR's together more and more. One day become one again.

There is hope for all lost little ones. One day you will be found and set free!

"There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus." (Romans 8:1).

  1. That is an awesome graphic you found.....sometimes it is the little girl inside of us that holds the big girl with all of her complexed issues....teaching us to be free to love, and to see through the eyes of wonder and hope knowing that all things are made possible to him who believes

  2. Bless you for spreading the healing ministry of Jesus to His children!

  3. Let's continue to believe in God's unconditional love towards us, yes there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus whatever our issues.
