BOOBUTT DIED ****Update****

My heart is breaking. I come home from t. yesterday and my Boobutt (parakeet) was on his last legs. I am crying uncontrollably as he is drawing his last breath. Its like he waited for me to come home to say goodbye. It doesnt get any easier seeing him suffer and die before my eyes.

Thank you all for your prayers. My heart grieves for Boobutt. I thought it would get easier when you loose a precious pet. As I have been down this road so many times, but it is the suffering that sent me off in heaves of tears. Zeb my cockatiel is so disoriented. He comes to Boobutts cage but does not see him and cries out for him. Like usual, when I do loose a precious parakeet, I will go out and get another one as soon as I can. Helps me with my grieving. As it is so quiet without Boo. I may today. I will see how the spirit leads me. But, Boobutt will not be forgotten.

    Oh no! Hon, I am so, so sorry to hear this. I know what it is like to lose a loved animal, it is so hard. You will, later, appreciate that he died in your hands. I had many horses and a dearly loved cat die in my arms and I now cherish those moments deeply.

    Oh Grace...I am so very sorry. It's so hard to lose our pets, they are like family. I really, really, wish I could give you a hug right now. Watching them take their last breaths is almost unbearable. May God console you my dear friend.
