REPLENISHED SPIRIT!!!!!

God has since replenished my spirit with this morning's church worship, as my tank was depleted!!!

The Holy Spirit's FIRE was upon many in worship today, including yours truly!!!

THE FIRE OF GOD IS SOMETHING I DEFINITELY NEEDED AND WISHED EVERYONE COULD EXPERIENCE!!!

Look out world a revival is coming..........

Amen! and Amen!!

The fire we have inside is from the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ promised us he would send us the Holy Spirit once he was back with his Father.

That's why we ask for the Holy Spirit every day!

It's like a well you can drink from every day, if you like. When we don't drink from God's well, which is the Holy Spirit, we dry up. We become empty. We die inside. The fire needs to be recindled every day of our lives. (internet)

  4. Don't understand the whole indwelling thing with the holy spirit. I'm Lutheran. But I've witness in going to a pentacostal church in the past the falling out in the spirit and speaking in tongues. I feel uneasy in those surroundings. I'm not discounting the Holy Spirit's is not alive and well. Not at all. It's just not for me. May be one day. Only God knows. Anyway thanks heaps for posting your excitement. Yahoo brought me to your page here. Glad it did. By for now.

  7. Thank you all for your wonderful comments. When I came home from church, I posted right away then I took a nap. Was exhausted! The indwelling can do that to you!

Rachel, I appreciate your honesty in sharing your views about the Holy Spirit. Maybe in time, with prayer, God may reveal this side of Him more to you.

  8. This was wonderful and encouraging! Loved the song on your post. I, too, appreciate Rachel's honesty in her post...I love to remind myself and others that there are many verses that promise "when we seek Him, we will find Him." I also liken it to "driving like we have gas in our car". Hope you will visit my site soon for a recent post by that same title! (http://50somethingwoman.blogspot.com)

  10. love this song. never heard it before. Reading your enthusiasm encouraged me. I've been feeling like I want to give up...let go...not care. How can you be so up and then fall so low? Going to drink...fromt he Spirit. Hey, thanks for checking out my website and for you comments. I tried to reply from that but it wouldn't let me. Sarah

  11. FYI:

"Our God Saves" is one of the praise songs that we sung today at church.

Sarah, I am so very sorry for your struggles, and I certainly DO understand.

A bit of encouragement dear. Believe you me, this high I am experiencing now, will undoubtedly deflate. Not saying that the Holy Spirit will leave me, but as we know we are human and we still have these flaws and our journey's are not over just yet. So there will be the continuous up and down with our lives. But, thank God, we do have Him to help us along.

Thanks again to all who commented!
