Couldnt agree more. Tears are cathargic. Hugs to you.
ReplyDeleteJBR,
ReplyDeleteHere with you sweetie. Walking right beside you. (((JBR)))
Blessings,
Tammy
Cry those tears JBR. Let God clense you.
ReplyDeleteBut sometimes I feel that I'm all cried out and that the "offender" will just be pleased that he or she could evoke such emotion.
ReplyDeletesmooches,
Larie
God holds our tears.... it's cleansing and necessary....this life will get easier...
ReplyDeleteThank you for the reminder and for helping me not feel so alone. The verse Psalm 56:8 came to mind. I hope that it touches your heart. "You have collected all my tears and preserved them in a bottle. You have recorded every one in your book." (NIV?) "Thou hast taken account of my wanderings; Put my tears in Thy bottle; Are they not in Thy book?" (NASB)
ReplyDeleteSomeone once said that tears loosen the soil of our soul. Getting to a real depth of feeling can let me see things in myself that I might have otherwise glossed over or gone right past. Thanks for the reminder!
ReplyDeleteRemember that God catches every tear we shed in a bottle for us. Imagine how incredible it would be to see how much healing you've done that you are very unaware of! I am so sorry that you are having to heal through your tears. It will make you stronger sweet friend. I'll be thinking of you and praying for you today, as always.
ReplyDeleteI hate having those days/weeks, but I have come to realize they are stepping stones to further healing and happiness.
ReplyDeletePraying you journey through the tears to health, happiness, and healing.
Hugs, andrea
Yes, this is so true. Tears help to cleanse you and heal you.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you dear friend.
I agree, a good cry does help in many situations.
ReplyDeleteTears can be a healing balm.
ReplyDeleteAmen! It is when we are broken when the redemptive power of the cross works best! Love and blessings to you JBR!!! Keeping you in prayers.
ReplyDeleteI always feel clean and refreshed after crying, as long as I got it all out of me.
ReplyDeleteI still struggle to find tears. I hope those who can cry can appreciate the gift.
ReplyDeleteThat's true JBR! @Shen as one that can cry easily, I've never thought of that as a gift. Reading your post I also thought about the scripture about God collecting our tears.
ReplyDeleteI can so relate. Hang in their my friend.
ReplyDeleteI agree...tears are a gift when you think about it...whether crying tears of joy, tears of sorrow, or tears of relief...they effect the body, soul, and mind....
ReplyDeleteYou are so right! That's another area I want to allow my emotions to express them self in. I'm so good at listening and when one of my loved ones, esp. my sisters are crying, I tell them, "go ahead and cry, get it out." I need to do that for myself. So, go ahead and cry my friend, get it out. It's healing.
ReplyDeleteYes, there is. Hang in there.
