RUSH MODE

I think this picture is cool

I still find myself in "rush mode." Especially when I am under a lot of emotional pressure. Panic and fear even over the smallest things. And I have this overwhelming urge to rush without thinking. Like I am going to miss something. Or not have enough time. Need to be in control.

Even rushing my journey. A place although painful at times, can welcome awesome breakthroughs. If I rush too much in order to avoid pain, the beauty of a breakthrough may be missed.

I still need to take these deep long breaths and breathe!

  2. I find my self in that same rush-rush mode sometimes. I'm learning, still, to wait upon the Lord, and rest in His peace.

  8. Good advice. Sometimes we need to slow down to hear what God is telling us.

I really love that pic too!

  9. Patience and slowing down is hard for me too. I want to hurry up and get where I want to go. We miss a lot though when we go zipping along. Good post, Grace. :)
