"Yet a time is coming
and has now come when the true worshipers will worship
the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the
kind of worshipers the Father seeks." - John 4:23

My Heavenly Daddy is healing
me from the inside out.

Transparency is Real.
Many times painful.

Daddy let me be secure in You only!

Last night I desperately cried out to my Heavenly Daddy, with tears streaming down my cheeks, "Why can't I "feel" Your love?" I heard in my Spirit right away come back with, "Because your pain over-rides feeling My love now." Emphases on the "feeling" and on the "now."

I asked for clarification. After a few minutes, again I heard in my Spirit,
"My love is there. As your wounds heal, you'll begin to feel My love. I'm closing in to the core of your pain. Patience."

I am so easily overcome now with emotion and loss that I can easily transfer my pain to basically anything. A tree. A car. A telephone pole. You name it. Or see someone on tv crying in pain, my pain intertwines with theirs.

As I did my morning walk today, I was reminded of my surroundings that can overwhelm me with emotions. I asked my Heavenly Daddy "what do I do with this pain?" My Spirit revealed to me these words:
"Sit with it." I do not like using the word "it." So general. But that is all I get from my Spirit with regards to how to handle the emotional pain for now.

Sit with it and own it. Do not give it to a tree. Realize what happened in the past cannot be undone. But it can be healed. In time.

  1. (((JBR)))

    Praying for you my sister.

    Psalm 91:1-16 NIV
    1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
    2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
    my God, in whom I trust.”
    3 Surely he will save you
    from the fowler’s snare
    and from the deadly pestilence.
    4 He will cover you with his feathers,
    and under his wings you will find refuge;
    his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
    5 You will not fear the terror of night,
    nor the arrow that flies by day,
    6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
    nor the plague that destroys at midday.
    7 A thousand may fall at your side,
    ten thousand at your right hand,
    but it will not come near you.
    8 You will only observe with your eyes
    and see the punishment of the wicked.
    9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
    and you make the Most High your dwelling,
    10 no harm will overtake you,
    no disaster will come near your tent.
    11 For he will command his angels concerning you
    to guard you in all your ways;
    12 they will lift you up in their hands,
    so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
    13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
    you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
    14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
    I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
    15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble,
    I will deliver him and honor him.
    16 With long life I will satisfy him
    and show him my salvation.”

  2. JBR I'm so pleased that your spirit hears from God. You're doing every thing right. Sitting in his presence waiting what he has to say is the best. Knowing he's with you in your pain. Praying for you. God Bless.

  3. Sister Chelle, I have this verse that came to me as I was reading your post. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise....Psalm 51:17

    You are in the best place you could be at this hour, I know it might not feel like it but I want you to know your mourning will be turned to JOY! You can praise God now for it because He has you here for a reason and revelation is on the way. Don't give up, don't move just stay still right where you are. He's going to show you just why. Believe keep the faith and don't move. God's got something you haven't even seen before. Glory to God, thank you Jesus..AMEN

    Chelle you have a sweet spirit and I've been to your site many times when I was using blogspot, and I want you to know God is growing you past what you are so custom to. He's going to change how you view things how you even think, don't despise the pain you endure I know I've seen God do this in my life...that is why I can share with you....

    God bless you today walk in your healing and all day today even in your mind just say Thank You Jesus...if you can do that I tell ya I just can't seem to get away from typing I sense the spirit stirring in me. If you can see what God sees right now you my dear would be jumping, dancing and giving Him so much glory. Chelle on faith receive from God right now....praise Him don't stop keep singing to Him keep praising His name. Glory!!!!!! Thank you Jesus...Thank you Holy Spirit... In Jesus name I pray AMEN, AMEN, and AMEN

  4. Dear Blog Friend,
    I've not walked the childhood past you have and so cannot say that I know.
    However, pain, sorrow, weeping, longing for our Father, saying to the Savior to come -I know.
    God is with you, He surely is. I believe Him when He says that He is close to the broken hearted.

  5. Oh JBR, my heart hurts for you. I have memories of being in so much pain from OCD that I could not feel the love of God either. In fact, I felt pretty abandoned. I'm so glad they were only feelings and not the real truth. But at the time, it was all I could think about. Please know that even though you don't feel His care and concern, it IS there. I care too.

  6. What a sweet encounter! You may not feel Him right now, but you are hearing Him! Those words are precious water when you feel parched! Trusting God will continue bringing you through...Many blessings Grace!

  7. "Sit with it" is sometimes pretty tough, isn't it? But you are doing so well, and pushing forward. I have no doubt in my mind that you will come out on the other side of this stronger. Keep holding on - you are being covered in thoughts and prayers.

  8. The desires of your heart and your and faith will heal you JBR! Psalms 147:3, "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." God desires to heal your wounds and take your pain and hurt from you. As you are listening (praise!) to Him, take advantage of what Christ has done for you, and cast your cares upon Him. Not some of them, but ALL of them; knowing that He cares for you and wants to take those things from you. You have so much to give and can be an encouragement to others by listening and being set free! :)

    Blessings and love....praying as you continue to listen and receive... :)

  10. Sending prayers your way.

  11. Sit with it is very powerful words. All too often I think we try skip past our pain or deny those feelings we have.

  12. Yes, you can be healed...and tears are good. Just let it all out. It's been in there for so long. Lots of Love :-)

  13. I love your last paragraph. It can be healed. And I'm praying for total healing for you, in God's perfect way and timing. Have a blessed holiday season!
