UNIQUE JOURNEY

I can certainly attest to having a unique journey these days. I am sure we all can. We know that God has a plan uniquely designed for each one of us.

I certainly can relate to my path leading me through God and self-discovery. Especially over this last year. Not going to lie, it has not always been a smooth venture.

Excited to see what 2013 will bring!! Where my Heavenly Daddy leads me next!

There are off-road adventures and well worn trails. There are amazing sights and terrible storms. Our paths lead through beauty and struggle, growth and loss, self discovery and God discovery.

Press on through the storms and the struggles; you will one day see amazing sights. No matter how dark it seems now, you will one day discover the beauty of your unique journey. In all the difficulties and adventures have hope, you are becoming the person you were always meant to be!
(Joe & Rene - Hope In The Journey)

No matter what you are personally going through, God is right there with you and with whom, situation, event, experience you may be lifting up to Him at the moment!

  2. Amen my friend; I am excited for the New Year too! As our refuge, God protects us and provides a way for us to persevere and overcome, and empowers us with the truth that He is always with us everywhere.

"I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken." Psalm 16:8

Hugs, hugs, hugs back to you sweet friend!! :)

  5. No matter what road He takes us, I can see He desires for us to be far away from Egypt' s treasures more and more...It's not always easy but what's up ahead is far worth the wait...Praying for His strength and grace as we embark on this new year' s journey.
Thank you JBR for always encouraging me whether here or in my place...So glad I' m journeying with you...God bless.

  12. So true. Every ones' journey has pitfalls.
We are not in control but constantly tested.
Some tests we pass and others we don;t and try again.
    But that's life.
Happy New Year to you and hope your journey is safe prosperous and happy in 2013.:)

  17. This is beautiful, and such a post of hope.

I have a friend that I spoke with recently, saying that God was pulling her to change a certain piece of her life, and said that she was following wherever He took her.

I admit that I did not understand it (the feeling) originally, yet realize now that there are some parts of my life that I felt pulled to do or be something specific.

Your post reminds me that we are not in control, that we are not being led to a place alone, ever. What a sweet reminder :0)
