"You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore."
Psalm 16:11
"God comes to our lonely, anxious hearts and whispers our name. God says "I see both the fear you have of closeness and the deep longing you have to belong. I have come to comfort you and to respond to your need. I have been seeking a relationship with you. You belong. You belong to me. You are my child."

REVELATION SONG HERE I COME

The Lord has impressed upon my heart greatly to do the Revelation Song for my devotional in a couple of weeks at work. I have no problems what so ever with it now. See HERE.

Once finding a higher key for my guitar, it plays and I play and sing it out nicely. Truly is a blessing. I play the song at least once a day. Usually before work. Singing this song by myself or listening to it sung by Kari Jobe either way has a overpowering affect on my Spirit. When I am done, I can hardly move.

JBR,

This song truly does lift you from the depths of your soul to the amazing place in God's presence. Just like those that stand in awe around God's throne singing this, thus it reminds me of being in that same place and singing my heart and soul out to Him for He alone is completely worthy!

I know Jennie Lee Riddle who wrote this song. She is a powerful intercessor and a sweet soul. I love this song too! There is just an anointing that rests upon it. Powerful!

Aren't these lyrics powerful. I'm at a desktop without speakers, but I still feel the anointing through the words.

I have never heard it, but am going to YouTube to find it . . . the words alone are so peaceful and give me a sense of warmth and comfort.

You're going to do a great job!

I love this song too JBR! I love it especially when I'm on my way to work and it's playing from the Christian station I always listen to. God bless.

I love this song, too...still remember the first time I heard it...was in total awe at how the words and scripture just flowed through the building as God came down in the midst of His people....

Hey there JBR,
Sorry it's been such a long while since I've been by here.
I do love this song, it uplifts my spirit and keeps me focused. I would love to hear you do it sometime.
God has been so good to me here lately, it's just amazing the direction my life has taken and only by God's grace.
I invite you to stop by my blog and check out my most recent post. It's a political topic, but I really want to know what people think, and not just what I hear on the news. I invite your followers as well.
It's good to back in blog world, I've missed everyone so much.
Take care my friend, and keep singing!
Julian

Have you ever heard of the singer Doug Burr? I'm not really into Christian music but he sings straight from the Psalms in a beautiful folks-y way. You may want to check him out on Itunes.
