PAINFUL/SCARY TIME IN THERAPY

Little JBR was brought back to a very painful and scary time in t. today. I'm right now here, and trying to process and to realize how much of what I did as an adult was not my fault. And that big JBR needs to let me go and forgive me.

  1. Oh sweetie, I just read your previous post and can understand every word you wrote. It's so hard to take what we experienced as children and undo the lies as adults. Be gentle to yourself. It all takes time.

Understanding where youre bcomming from with yuour little one. When I was in myrecovery I had to be takne back to painful memmories.Only way to heal is to face the fear head on. My therapist held my hand literally doing those times. Wish I could be there holding yours as well.

Even in life's worst moments, God is always nearer to us than we will ever know. No problem is beyond His ability to handle. As we draw upon the solutions the Lord gives in the Bible, we can turn our weaknesses into strengths, our disappointments into hope.

  16. Everything you wrote on men and sex apply to me also. Go figure. I love that you are trusting God to continue to heal and bring forth that freedom one day soon. This may sound selfish on my part, but I'm not only believing that for you my dear friend that I have grown to love, but for myself also. Janie
