OBLIVIOUS

Several times yesterday my t. had to remind me that I have and am under tremendous stress these past few weeks. (Just read my previous posts)

I knew I was having difficulty, but it really never occurred to me that I was under extreme stress.

I have a few major issues going on in my life right now. Thus in order to cope with some of the severity I am facing, I have been in survival mode and oblivious to the stress.

JBR that's God's way of protecting your mind body and soul as you go through your difficult time. There is healing along the way. God Bless.

I know that survival mode very well. Although it may not be the most pleasant state in which to be, it definitely serves a purpose. Let your body and your mind protect you during these hard times.

    Wishing you well,
    NOS

  3. I am facing some very stressful times as well....I keep telling myself God is able.....not that I am trying to convince myself of the fact because,I know all to well what he is able to do(anything)...just a little reminder to myself :) I have been in deep, deep valleys...through the shadow of death...and still he was able ...he carried me when I couldn't stand on my own....my way has been a way of suffering....from early on...but,still ...he is able and will continue to be so...run to him...his arms are open...he knows and understands...I know you already know this...but,if you are like me sometimes a little reminder helps :) I posted a beautiful song on my blog today...I think it may encourage you...it sure blessed me....

STRESS IS A CREEPY THING. IT CAN CREEP UP ON YOU WITHOUT YOU TAKING NOTICE THEN BAM YOU HAVE ALL THE AFFECTS OF IT AND A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN

  6. Being on stress from work, it is a hard situation. Maybe sometimes we try to block it from our head until we don't seem to notice it but it's actually severe like what you said. I pray that you will overcome and emerge even stronger and having more courage. Take care JBR. God bless.

"Rescue me, Lord, from my foes, for in you I hope.
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God.
May your kind spirit guide me on ground that is level.
For your name's sake, Lord, give me life; in your justice lead me out of distress.
In your kindness put an end to my foes; destroy all who attack me, for I am your servant."

  8. Dear JBR, I believe God always makes a way for us. A way in the wilderness, where there is no clear path forward, God creates one. Rivers in the desert, where there is no natural relief or refreshment, God provides it. There is hope. May God cover you with His love. God bless. Kerrie

  9. Hey dear, I didn't even read this post ... (sorry), but I had to go to an older post to respond to your post about helping your Mom with the enema thing. Blech! Girl, I don't blame you. I have been up to my eyeballs in carrying for my parents too. It isn't fun.

I pray you'll have supernatural strength and peace.

    Love!
    Beth
