WHAT A DEAL!

I was amazed to learn that the word Salvation in the Bible means a lot more than what we commonly know as being "Saved by Grace."

Vine's Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words says that Salvation denotes deliverance from danger; protection; pardon; preservation; material and temporal deliverance from danger and apprehension; liberty; health; restoration; and soundness and wholeness. All of that is wrapped up in the word Salvation.

So the next time you see the word Salvation, you get extra benefits besides being glorious saved.

What A Deal!
