AFTERMATH FROM ISAAC

Thank you all for your comments in my last post. As usual, even the best Meteorologist cannot predict exactly how bad a storm will be. This was not bad. An inconvenience, yes.

We need to be praying for Louisiana and the other states that may be affected in the days to come with Isaac.

Any of my bloggy-friends going to experience Issac in the next few days?

South Florida is still experiencing intermittent squalls and wind. I ventured outside in-between the drops this morning in my neighborhood to take a few pictures. Nothing major.

  1. I'm glad to see all is well! I will be keeping the other states in my prayers as well.

    Love those egrets.

    Blessings,

  2. They are SO unpredictable. My daughter lives in New Orleans, and I've begged them to be ready to go. They will wait until the last minute to size up the risks, and then run into bumper-to-bumper traffic on the highways.

I'm glad that things weren't as bad as they could have been for you, and hope that they aren't as bad as they could be for wherever this storm makes landfall.
